Purpose:

This document outlines the steps for conducting a successful on-site property audit (applicable to both Rove+ and Rove Lite properties). An audit examines these 5 topics:

1 Access Info Ease of Access, # Floors in the property, Universal access; etc
2 Layout Info # of Bedrooms, # of Bathrooms, Terrace, Garage, Amenities; etc
3 General Status / Condition Utilities (leaks, drafts, no power), Interior Condition (damaged, stained walls, paint scuffing; etc)
4 OS&E Inventory Kitchen, Bathroom, Washer/Dryer and General Supplies, Consumables and Equipment
5 FF&E Status / Condition Unfurnished, Partially Furnished, Fully Furnished - Furniture’s/Fixture’s Condition
