Job Description:
As the NYC General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of Rove’s New York luxury property portfolio. Your primary focus will be managing the NYC business’s P&L through streamlining operations and optimizing occupancy and revenue for our properties. This will include managing pricing, fielding inbound leads and following up with phone calls, in-person tours, and doing whatever is needed to maximize revenue.
You will oversee NYC day-to-day operations, with the City Operations Manager and their team reporting directly to you. This will include in-person support, logistical planning to handle the rapidly growing portfolio, handling of guest escalations via our remote support team, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for all NYC property owners and the Rove team.
You will also be very involved with real estate deal sourcing, project management, revenue and channel management, and building tools and frameworks for our sales, ops, and revenue management teams to enhance performance and the guest experience. You will report to the Head of Property Operations and work closely with the executive team.
